1. Refund and Return Policy

We offer a refund or return policy under the following conditions:

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: When the product is delivered by our delivery partner, users are required to inspect the product immediately for any issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect items. If any issues are found, the user must inform the delivery man on the spot.
  • Return and Refund Requests: Users can request a return and refund only at the time of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. After the delivery is completed and the user accepts the product, returns and refunds will not be possible.

2. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Frozen Products: Any product that requires freezing, including vaccines or certain medicines, cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Consumed Products: Once a product has been used or consumed, it is not eligible for return or refund, for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Prescription Medications: Products that require a prescription are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a return or refund at the time of delivery:

  1. Inspect the Product: Check the product and packaging carefully at the time of delivery.
  2. Notify the Delivery Man: If there are any issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect items, inform the delivery person immediately.
  3. Return Process: If the issue is confirmed, the product will be returned, and a refund will be processed.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time may take 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds After Delivery Acceptance

Once the product is delivered and accepted, the transaction is considered complete. Refunds or returns are not possible after the delivery has been accepted unless the product is found to be defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.


5. Delivery Issues and Refunds

In case of delivery-related issues, such as late or non-delivery, please contact Mediboy customer support immediately. Refunds will be processed based on the investigation of the delivery issue.


6. Changes or Cancellations of Orders

Once an order is confirmed and processed for delivery, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, users can inspect the product at the time of delivery and return it if there is an issue as per the terms mentioned above.


7. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Mediboy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the App, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. We encourage users to review this policy regularly to stay informed.
